How to attend:

• Attendance is by registration only. Total available seats are 90 seats.
• The talk announcement and invitation for registration is made via the following modes:
  • Invitation on the Popular Talks Mailing List  to register on a first-come-first serve basis 
  • Possibly an advertisement in the newpaper.
• Final dates and location of events shall be announced 4 weeks prior to the event. The announcement shall be made via the following modes:
  • Announcement on the Popular Talks Mailing List
  • Announcement via the local Pune press.
• Registration for the events will open 4 weeks prior to the event.
• Confirmation for the event will be sent by email.
• Only those who have been confirmed will be allowed inside the lecture hall.
• Those who have registered and do not show-up for the talk (or intimate their absence at least 1 day in advance)  will not be allowed to register for future events.
• We are sorry but due to limited space/ seats, only students will be allowed at the venue. Parents or accompanying guardians will not be able to attend the event unless there are vacancies.
